You will be required to fill your progress sheet regularly so that at the end of the week it shows the progress made and issues faced. You will receive feedback on the progress every week, and changes will be made accordingly (if needed)
Based on your progress, there will be changes required in your workout and diet plan to make sure you continue to progress. This will be taken care of very systematically via our fitness application.
We stay connected over text 24/7 (Whatsapp/Telegram/Fitness app). Your queries will be answered within 24 hours – you will receive coaching cues/videos on exercise forms and meals – so that you always have feedback before the next session.
